Jennie Garth Signed On To Star In New 90210

US television network The CW announced on Saturday (May 10) that Jennie Garth has signed on to reprise her role of Kelly Taylor in the new series spin-off of the 90s television hit, '90210'.Garth, who spent 10 years on the show, was rumored to be returning to the zip code that made her a household name, after she pulled out of a pilot for the new series 'My Best Friend's Girl' in April.A statement from the network revealed that Garth's character, Kelly Taylor, will be a guidance counselor at West Beverly High.The CW hinted that others from the original series may be set to return, saying that Garth is "the first [original] cast member to reprise her role."Photo courtesy of ABC.
